Terms of service
1. Who we are and what we do
CryptoUnfreeze ("we", "us") provides independent consulting and document-preparation services to holders of accounts on cryptocurrency exchanges whose accounts or funds have been restricted. Our services include analysing the restriction, preparing source-of-funds and source-of-wealth statements, transaction explanations and correspondence, and advising on communication with the exchange.
We are not an exchange, a bank, a payment service or a law enforcement body, and we are not affiliated with any exchange. Unless expressly agreed in writing for a specific case, we do not act as your legal representative before courts or authorities, and information on this website is not legal advice.
2. No guarantee of outcome
Decisions to restrict, review, release or close accounts are made solely by the exchange. We cannot and do not guarantee that an account will be unfrozen, that funds will be released, or that a decision will be made within any time frame.
3. Your obligations
- You confirm that you are the lawful owner of the account and of the funds concerned, or are authorised to act for the owner.
- You provide truthful, complete and accurate information and documents. We rely on what you provide and are not responsible for consequences of false or incomplete information.
- You submit all documents and correspondence to the exchange yourself through its official channels.
- You will not use our services to conceal the origin of funds, evade sanctions, or mislead an exchange or authority.
4. What we will never do
We never request or accept passwords, two-factor codes, private keys, seed phrases or access to your accounts or devices, and we never ask for any fee to "release" funds.
5. Engagement and fees
The initial case review is free. If you decide to proceed, the scope of work, price and payment terms are agreed with you in writing by email before work starts. Any success-based component, if agreed, is described in that written agreement.
6. Refusal and termination
We may decline or stop working on any case at our discretion, including where we have reason to believe that the funds are not lawful, that information provided is false, or that the request involves sanctions evasion or other unlawful activity.
7. Confidentiality
We keep information about your case confidential and process personal data as described in our privacy policy, except where disclosure is required by law.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability in connection with any case is limited to the fees you paid us for that case. We are not liable for decisions of exchanges, loss of funds held by third parties, market losses or indirect damages.
9. Changes and contact
We may update these terms; the version published on this page is the one that applies. Questions: support@cryptounfreeze.com.
