What we collect

Case form: your name (optional), email address, exchange, type of restriction, approximate amount range (optional), country (optional) and your description.
Email correspondence: messages and documents you choose to send us while we work on your case.
Technical data: the country your request came from (derived from the IP address, which we do not store) and anonymous daily page-view counts. We do not use advertising cookies or tracking pixels.

Why we use it

Only to review your case, communicate with you, prepare the agreed documents and keep records of our work. We do not sell or rent personal data and do not use it for marketing to third parties.

Who can see it

Only the people working on your case. We use reputable infrastructure providers to host this website and to send and receive email; they process data on our behalf. We disclose information to third parties only with your consent or where required by law.

How long we keep it

Case form submissions without further engagement are deleted after 12 months. Documents for cases we work on are kept for as long as needed for the case and our legal obligations, and are deleted earlier on your request where the law allows.

You may ask for access to, correction or deletion of your personal data, or object to its processing, by writing to support@cryptounfreeze.com.
