Why we exist
When an exchange freezes an account, support usually answers with templates, and the user is left guessing what went wrong. Most people then make the situation worse: they send incomplete or contradictory answers, open new accounts, or pay "recovery agents" who disappear. We built CryptoUnfreeze to offer the opposite — an honest assessment and properly prepared documents, handled by people with experience in legal and financial compliance work.
How we work
- Free review. You send the exchange's messages and a short timeline. We reply by email within 24 hours with our assessment.
- Written proposal. If we can help, you receive the scope of work and a fixed price by email before anything starts.
- Documents and replies. We prepare the source-of-funds or source-of-wealth statement, transaction explanations, document checklists and every message you send to the exchange.
- Follow-up. We help with follow-up questions, deadlines and escalation through the proper channels until the exchange decides.
All communication is by email, so you always have a written record of what was agreed and what was sent.
Our principles
- You stay in control. We never ask for passwords, 2FA codes, seed phrases, remote access or account access. You submit everything to the exchange yourself.
- Honesty over sales. If your case is likely to resolve on its own, or has poor chances, we tell you.
- Lawful funds only. We work only for lawful owners of accounts and funds. We do not help hide the origin of money, evade sanctions or mislead an exchange — such requests are declined.
- Confidentiality. Your documents are used only for your case and deleted on request. See our privacy policy.
- No guarantees we can't keep. The final decision always belongs to the exchange. We promise careful work, not a specific outcome.

Independence
